The Challenge

Specsavers is one of the UK’s biggest brands, but the beating heart of the business – its stores – operate as local businesses, serving local communities. Integral to the brand’s success is building love and loyalty at that local level, and for 20 years, we’ve delivered just that.

Our Response

Through our network of bases, more than 650 Specsavers stores across the UK have a dedicated Tigerbond team, delivering bespoke comms for their store, tailored to their communities and customers.

Our plans revolve around positioning each store as a community champion, encouraging them to support causes at a hyperlocal level while supporting the brand to effectively roll out bigger initiatives, from major sporting sponsorships to national charity partners.

Impact

We help Specsavers make a huge difference in their communities, which in turn resonates with customers and helps build brand love. We identify causes they can support, liaise with third parties, make it happen and showcase their efforts through local media. Our efforts ensure when a customer walks into store, they’re not just getting an eye test or picking up specs – they’re making a community connection.
