Sim Local, is the global leader in travel SIM card and eSIM retail and needed to build a strong digital brand to reflect this. Their brand needed to be digitally ready and evolve to emulate the strength of its offline offering, connecting with existing and new digital audiences in a competitive global marketplace.
Our Response
We combined Sim Local’s customer intel with marketing insights, desk research, and GWI consumer insights to develop user personas that shaped our creative approach.
Through a collaborative process, we refined concepts to perfection, creating a comprehensive brand book and asset toolkit with tone of voice and full usage guidelines. These assets were rolled out across their website, social media, internal communications and a paid media campaign.
