CHFH operates a unique family of Scottish hotels across the Borders, Perthshire, and Highlands. Each hotel needed to retain its individual identity and marketing autonomy while working cohesively under the family brand.
They also required a streamlined digital solution to improve user journeys, boost bookings, and reduce the in-house marketing team’s workload by consolidating multiple websites under a single, efficient platform.
Our Response
We conducted a detailed discovery phase to understand CHFH’s brand and individual hotel identities. Using Umbraco, we developed a centralised multi-site platform with unique themes for each property.
The design prioritised intuitive user journeys, cross-property marketing opportunities, and seamless content management. A robust, personalised navigation system ensured guests could quickly find relevant offers, activities, or rooms across all properties.
