Our Response
We’ve mobilised our network of offices to match the communities Cala wants to speak to, whether IRL or virtually. A core group-level team drives strategic, national brand-building campaigns, a corporate comms programme and a busy press office. Our tigers in Glasow, Leeds, Manchester and London distil this into plans that are tailored to specific regions and developments.
Complementing all of this is our dedicated social team, planning and creating organic content for key channels drawn from national and regional objectives, and a content team focused on writing engaging, optimised web copy to boost search. We also curate video content, manage influencer partnerships, bring events to life, and handle crisis comms.
Impact
Our ‘hub and spokes’ approach means brand objectives stay true, while local communities are listened and spoken to. A good example of this approach in action is the Community Pledge campaign. Devised by tigerbond and now rolled out and embraced by the entire Cala business as a key pillar of its sustainability strategy, the Pledge sees the housebuilder take its commitment to supporting communities to the next level, delivering meaningful benefit to the places in which it builds.
