We built a complex solution, involving a host of integrations such as Snap Surveys and Browsealoud, whilst ensuring user experience was prioritised and content accessibility was as simple as possible for users. This was achieved by designing an engaging interface, coupled with an intuitive mega menu which guided users to their most relevant support page. To take this a step further, we designed and developed a comprehensive website search function to make the website as easy to navigate as possible.
