Leading hospitality group Buzzworks is excited to announce the launch of its vibrant new Spring menu across all four Scotts venues this week, including Inverclyde bar and restaurant, Scotts Greenock.
The stylish coastal venue is now serving a new array of tantalising dishes that capture the essence of the season, showcasing the culinary creativity and expertise of its dedicated kitchen teams.
In Greenock, under the guidance of General Manager Jenny Barlow, Scotts is gearing up for its second season as Buzzworks’ newest venue.
Jenny said: "I'm thrilled to present our new Spring menu to our guests at Scotts Greenock. Our team has put a lot of passion and creativity into crafting dishes that showcase the best of what our region has to offer.

It's a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase the incredible seafood products available right on our doorstep. Our kitchen team has been working tirelessly to create a menu that highlights the freshness and quality of our local seafood. We can't wait to welcome guests to this special event and share our passion for great food and community with them."
Among the highlights of the new Spring menu are a selection of delicious starters. The smoked salmon, orange & fennel salad features crème fraiche, lime gel, micro sorrel, and sourdough croutes, offer a perfect balance of flavours and textures to the most discerning of diners.
For vegetarians, the chargrilled watermelon & whipped feta drizzled with pomegranate molasses and garnished with mint, chilli, and watercress is a burst of summer freshness on the plate. Additionally, the pan seared scallops & crushed edamame bean dish, accompanied by a nori crisp and miso dressing, showcases the delicate flavours of the sea with an Asian twist.
The specialties section of the menu boasts enticing options such as the pan seared chicken breast served with wild garlic butter, asparagus tips, roast baby potatoes, and tarragon cream, celebrating seasonal ingredients and classic flavours.
In addition to the new menu offerings, all Scotts venues will continue to provide a diverse selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, including special theme nights such as Steak Night and Surf & Turf.

In response to the sunnier season, Scotts venues have introduced a whole new section dedicated to salads. A standout is the poke bowl, a colourful and nutritious ensemble of wasabi nuts, pak choi, avocado, edamame beans, pickled carrot, radish, tomato, and lemon & mint dressing, offering a refreshing and satisfying dining experience.
Another must-try is the Vietnamese sticky beef salad, featuring noc nam dressing, glass noodles, pak choi, coriander, mint, peanuts, and chilli, delivering a delightful fusion of flavours and textures that capture the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.
Meanwhile, seafood lovers can indulge in the delightful pesto seabass, served with crispy gnocchi, broccoli, pea, leek, spinach, and a zesty lemon basil cream sauce, offering a harmonious blend of fresh seafood and vibrant seasonal produce.
Additionally, the light lunch section presents options like the pea & shallot tortellini, served with pea fricassee, lemon mascarpone, pangrattato, and vegan Parmesan, providing a light yet satisfying meal option.
