tigerbond teams across the UK roared into party mode to celebrate the agency’s second birthday in June.
Following a management buyout in 2021, the newly-formed agency has gone from strength to strength, recorded record growth and bolting on innovative new products and services.
As well as signing up to the B Corp journey and establishing its dedicated sustainability practice, tigerB, the agency also achieved Campaign’s Best Places to Work status, landing 5th place out of 100 UK agencies.
Group CEO, Laurna Woods, said: ‘It’s been an exciting couple of years, and this year especially we have delivered brilliant campaigns in partnership with our clients, developed innovative new ways of working and created the best possible agency culture.
‘As well as setting up a specialist sustainability division to advise a growing number of clients on their environmental programmes, we launched our new marketplace, Only, to offer best in class integrated marketing services for clients looking to optimise their budgets and access niche and specialist marketing services.
‘We’re leading the way with our own EDI programme, Tiger Diversity, and sharing our IP and tools with clients to support them on their own EDI journeys. Meanwhile, our Tigerwell programme sits at the heart of our people strategy to ensure our team are nurtured at every touchpoint, from learning and development through to mental and physical wellbeing. This is reflected in our employee retention rates which are currently sitting way above industry average at 92%.
‘I’m super proud of our team, their creativity and excellent work they are landing for our clients.’
Tigerbond clients include Tesco, Specsavers, Vue Cinemas, Cala Homes and Bausch + Lomb.
