Tigerbond, the integrated marketing and communications agency, has awarded every team member a day off to reconnect with friends and family, supporting re-entry into life as lockdown restrictions begin to lift.
The agency is launching its #tigerbonding campaign this month, encouraging its people across the UK, Ireland and North America to disconnect from the office and reconnect with loved ones they have missed seeing during the pandemic.
Laurna Woods, CEO and co-founder at tigerbond, said “Our team has worked extremely hard throughout the pandemic, mainly from home and without complaint, they’ve rolled up their sleeves and thrown everything into looking after our clients.
“Like the majority of people, many of our team have been isolated and cut off from close friends and family so we wanted to thank them for their unwavering support and strength throughout these challenging times. We’re inviting all colleagues to step away from their tigerbond family to bond with their circle of family and friends in the real world by taking a day off of their choosing, on us, when it’s safe to do so.”
Headquartered in London, tigerbond’s office network spans the UK, Ireland and North America. Team members have been working remotely since March 2020 and are now based out of 100 home offices across the globe from London, to Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Perthshire, Belfast and even all the way to Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.
tigerbond delivers the full mix of integrated communications services from PR and social to digital, design, branding and web, with ambitions to grow the service offering and network further in the coming months.
