The newly opened Inverclyde bar and restaurant, Scotts Greenock, is excited to unveil its revamped new seasonal menu, set to run until spring.
The stylish coastal venue - owned by leading hospitality group Buzzworks Holdings – is now serving a new, lighter lunch menu alongside a series of exciting dinner items and mains, as well as exquisite desserts, set to tantalise the taste buds.
Having swiftly become the go-to for great food and drink in Inverclyde, Scotts Greenock is set to elevate the dining experience for guests even further, with a refreshed array of dishes celebrating both Scottish produce and international flavours.
Stephen Buchanan, New Openings & Projects Operations Manager for Buzzworks, said: “Our talented chefs here at Scotts have been hard at work and we are proud to unveil our new menus, celebrating Scotland’s produce and using the freshest ingredients available to compliment the world-class views here across the River Clyde.
“Showcasing both modern and classic dishes alongside the passion and attention to detail from our chefs, we believe that our new menus epitomises Scotts - using the best of the locally landed seafood on offer, the finest cuts of meat and offering top-class vegetarian and vegan options.
“So, whether you are ordering from our revamped light lunch options or enjoying some of our new specials, Scotts Greenock offers a diverse range of delicious dishes to suit all tastes."
Perched atop the Greenock Cruise Ship Visitor Centre, foodies across Inverclyde and beyond will be able to enjoy a whole host of fabulous dishes made with the finest ingredients including a new lunch menu, which combines lighter portions that are freshly prepared for daytime. This includes standout options such as hot smoked salmon linguini to coconut chilli chicken and traditional haggis, neeps and tatties.
Scotland’s larder is truly celebrated, with patrons able to enjoy the best of local produce from the land to the sea. Discerning diners can savour everything from thyme roast rump of Dumfries lamb, loin of Highland venison to grilled west coast langoustines.
Those keen for a more international flavour are also well catered for, with aromatic Baja fish tacos to Gochujang pork belly buns or cod and prawn laksa curry being particular highlights on the newly created menu, while customers who love steaks must also try Scotts’ new 10oz Black Angus Wagyu ribeye, a 35-day dry aged cut from the Rievers Reserve on the borders, and an absolute showstopper.
Guests with a sweet tooth can round off their meal with a decadent Baileys and caramel cheesecake alongside a whole host of other sweet treats.
Jenny Barlow, General Manager at Scotts Greenock added: “We’re excited for our customers to experience our new seasonal menus and look forward to providing an exceptional dining experience to both new and familiar customers in the coming months.”
The menu change at Scotts Greenock supports the recent launch of Buzzworks’ Love Food Feel Good campaign, aimed at celebrating the exceptional local produce, quality and attention to detail that goes into every dish.
