Two- and three-bedroom homes have launched at Murtle Den Park and Southbank by Cala
Cala Homes (North) has unveiled a trio of showhomes, across two popular developments, which will delight first-time buyers, young professionals and families looking for contemporary and flexible homes to settle down in.
The award-winning homebuilder has opened its doors to a highly anticipated two-bedroom showhome plus two three-bedroom showhomes in two stunning locations, Milltimber and the city of Aberdeen.
The showhomes have all been expertly designed by Eileen Kesson of Envision Interior Design and carefully curated to appeal to a trio of different purchasers.
At Murtle Den Park, a two-bedroom Adam housetype, the first in the region, has launched showcasing modern living, ideal for first-time buyers and young couples.
The new Adam showhome, set across 790 sq. ft., features a flexible family and dining area with double patio doors at the rear of the home and a separate kitchen with the latest integrated appliances.
Prospective buyers will find two spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes upstairs and a family bathroom with storage throughout the home. This showhome is the epitome of popular interiors trend, ‘quiet luxury’ with Eileen using a monochromatic colour palette throughout.
Whilst the North-East homebuilder has also launched a brand-new three-bedroom Allan housetype at 902 sq. ft. at Southbank by Cala and the Avon Special which is also a three-bedroom terraced home at 1,225 sq. ft, perfect for young families looking for a little more space.
The Allan has been stylishly designed with a modern mix of warm creamy tones and soft black tones to create a sharp feel throughout the home with bedroom three showcasing the flexibility to work at home with an office.
The Avon Special on the other hand, features warm, neutral tones with accents of black to create a luxe and contemporary feel showcasing a spacious main bedroom, a second double room designed with children in mind, and the third bedroom as a nursery.
Fraser Carr, Sales & Marketing Director at Cala Homes (North), said: “Being able to launch five new showhomes in such a short time is a positive way to kickstart 2024. This trio of new showhomes follows the launch of the penthouse at 22 King’s Gate and the impressive Macrae showhome at our Burnland Meadows development in Westhill.
“These are the very first three-bedroom terraced showhomes in this region so we’re very excited to showcase something new. We believe it’s invaluable to give buyers a glimpse into our varied range of homes available.
“Not to mention these new showhomes are set at two fantastic locations, with Murtle Den Park set in the family-friendly, purpose-built community of Oldfold Village meanwhile Southbank at Cala is set within the tranquil riverside setting in Aberdeen city.
“These brand-new showhomes highlight the flexibility and diversity of homes available to reserve with many plots featuring fantastic incentives to help buyers make their move.”
Prices for the two-bedroom Adam housetype at Murtle Den Park start from £239,950.
Prices for the three-bedroom Allan housetype at Southbank by Cala start from £229,000 and the Avon special starts at £315,000.
